# Privacy policy

This policy describes what Agntwrk Store Manager (store.agntwrk.com, by agntwrk) collects from your Shopify store, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 2026-10-23.

## What we read from your store

Products and their variants (titles, descriptions, SEO text, prices, SKUs, barcodes, status, images count, tags, collections), inventory levels and unit costs, orders of the last 60 days without customer fields (order lines, totals, refunds, status; no names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers), discounts, and collections. We also keep your store's name, domain, currency, time zone, and the name and email of the staff member who connects the store to Cabinet.

## What we change in your store

Only what the store owner's rules in Cabinet allow, on behalf of the Store Manager: product copy (title, description, SEO text, tags, type), product status (active or draft), variant prices, and discounts (create and end). Every change is logged with what it was before and can be undone. We never touch orders, customers, refunds, fulfillment, themes, or store settings.

## Where the data goes

To Cabinet, the AI executive team product by agntwrk, for the workspace the store is connected to. Cabinet uses model providers as service providers to read your store data and write reports and proposals for that workspace. Your data is never used to train models, never sold, and never used for advertising.

## How we use it

To run the checks, show you the findings, and give the Store Manager the facts it needs to report and to propose or make changes within your rules; to secure the service; and to contact you about the app.

## Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in (__Host-session, 30 days) and remember your cookie choice (cookie_consent, 180 days); they need no consent. The public pages use Google Analytics 4 to count visits: it sets _ga and _ga_<id> for up to 13 months and does not log or store IP addresses. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner; we tell where you are from your IP address (looked up on our server and not stored) and your browser's time zone. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default; turn it off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns it off. The country lookup uses the geo-whois-asn-country database (CC0) with statistics from the Number Resource Organization (nro.net, CC BY 4.0). The embedded app and the signed-in dashboard do not use analytics.

## Retention and deletion

We keep the mirrored store data while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, we delete the store's data, and we delete or redact data when Shopify sends its data-request and redaction webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact); the app holds no customer fields. Write to us and we delete any remaining data, normally within 30 days. Cabinet keeps its own records of the workspace under its own policy.
